Regulatory Counsel - Financial Services

The role

In-house counsel role supporting a regulated financial services business on FCA-facing regulatory change and day-to-day compliance advice.

You will partner with compliance, product and risk teams to interpret regulatory developments and embed practical controls.

Ideal for a private practice regulatory lawyer who wants something more operational and business-facing, or an in-house counsel ready for a broader remit.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years' relevant regulatory experience (private practice or in-house)
• Familiarity with FCA Handbook and consumer duty themes
• Clear, practical advisory style
