Corporate Associate (3-5 PQE)

The role

Join a highly regarded mid-market corporate team advising ambitious growth companies and PE-backed businesses on M&A and equity transactions.

This is an opportunity to step into a busy, supportive corporate practice with genuine client contact and a clear path to senior associate.

You will work on private M&A, investments, joint ventures and general corporate advisory for founder-led and institutional clients.

The team values thoughtful drafting, commercial judgement and calm, reliable communication under pressure.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years' PQE in corporate / M&A at a recognised firm
• Strong private company transaction experience
• Excellent drafting and client-handling skills
• Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent with conversion pathway)
